Refund policy

At 247 Fishing LLC (including 247 Lures, 365 LureCraft, and Al Gag's Lures), we are committed to customer satisfaction and will make every effort to accommodate reasonable return requests.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were originally received. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by 247 Fishing LLC, refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible.
