Lure Building Kits

All the fun and satisfaction of building your own custom wooden lure, without all the machines, dust, and hassles! These kits will come to you with everything you need to build a lure for yourself. The wooden lure body has been shaped, sanded, drilled, and sealed - it is ready for primer and paint. The kit will also include all the grommets, wire, eyes, hooks, and other components need to complete the build. All you need is a little time and some fairly simply hand tools.

At this time we do NOT sell kits for any of our belly weighted Needlefish lures. They require substantially more work to glue the weights in, re-drill through the weights (for the wire), sand, fill, sand again, etc. Belly-weighted needlefish end up in the trash more frequently than any other lure we build, so we don’t want you to have to worry about those same troubles.
